Masako and Jim Falk
Masako and Jim Falk became donors to Children's in the mid-1990s through the creation of a charitable remainder unitrust (CRUT). In 2002, Jim and Masako decided to donate a rental property to Children's. They chose the option of a charitable gift annuity, rather than another CRUT, because it offered higher lifetime fixed payments.
